Shipping Overview

At HeyTats, we ship semi-permanent tattoo designs to all major cities across Pakistan with fast, reliable delivery. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We offer two shipping options to suit your needs: standard delivery and express overnight shipping.

All orders are processed within 1 business day and dispatched to our shipping partners the same day. Orders placed before 11 PM are typically processed the following morning. Tracking information will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders totaling Rs. 3,500 or more qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Pakistan. This applies to all delivery areas, including major cities and remote regions. If you select express shipping on a free-shipping-eligible order, the express fee of Rs. 500 will apply.

Order Processing

Order processing begins immediately after your payment is confirmed. We need 1 business day to pick your design from our inventory, quality-check it, and prepare it for shipment in protective packaging. This processing time applies to all orders, regardless of shipping method selected.

Processing Timeline: Orders placed before 11 PM are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 11 PM are processed the following business day. Weekends and public holidays may extend processing by one day.

Once your order is packed and ready, it's handed directly to our shipping partner with a tracking number. You'll receive an email and WhatsApp notification immediately with your tracking details so you can monitor your package in real-time.

Major Cities: 2–3 Business Days

If you're in one of Pakistan's major metropolitan areas, your order will arrive quickly:

  • Lahore — 2 business days

  • Karachi — 2–3 business days

  • Islamabad/Rawalpindi — 2–3 business days

Other Major Cities: 3–4 Business Days

Orders to secondary cities typically arrive within 3–4 business days, depending on shipping partner schedules:

  • Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Quetta, and surrounding areas

Remote & Mountainous Areas: 4–7 Working Days

We deliver to all regions of Pakistan, including remote and mountainous areas. Deliveries to locations like Chitral, Gilgit-Baltistan, and other difficult-to-reach regions may take 4–7 working days due to geographic and logistical constraints.

During the ordering process, you'll see whether your specific area is covered. If it is, you can place your order with confidence. If checkout shows your area as unavailable, contact us directly and we'll work out a solution.

HeyTats ships through three trusted delivery networks in Pakistan:

  • Postex — Fast domestic delivery across major and secondary cities

  • Trax — Reliable coverage to all regions including remote areas

  • TCS (Tentative Combined Shipping) — Nationwide reach with express overnight options

All partners are vetted for handling time-sensitive, temperature-sensitive products like our organic plant-based semi-permanent tattoos. Your order may be shipped via any of these partners based on your location and shipping method selected.

Payment & Cash on Delivery

We accept multiple payment methods to make ordering convenient for you:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across all major cities in Pakistan. Pay the delivery driver when your package arrives—no need to prepay.

  • Card/Bank Transfer: Prepay securely at checkout via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. Prepaid orders may receive processing priority.

All prices shown at checkout are final. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges added during delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking becomes simple. You'll receive:

  • Email notification with your order number and tracking link

  • WhatsApp message with tracking details and driver contact information (if you've shared your number)

  • Real-time tracking through our shipping partner's portal (Postex, Trax, or TCS)

  • Delivery confirmation message once your package is successfully delivered

Most drivers will call 30 minutes before arrival so you can be ready to receive your order. If you don't answer, they'll attempt delivery the next day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does shipping actually take?

Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days from the time your order is dispatched (not from the time you place it). Remember to add 1 business day for processing. So if you order on Monday, your package processes on Tuesday and ships the same day, arriving by Friday at the latest for major cities. Express shipping with same-day dispatch arrives in 1–3 business days.

Q: What's the difference between processing time and delivery time?

Processing time (1 business day) is how long it takes us to pack your order after payment. Delivery time (2–5 days or 1–3 days) is how long it takes the courier to deliver from our warehouse to your address. The total time from order to delivery is processing time + delivery time.

Q: Do you ship to remote areas?

Yes, we ship to all areas of Pakistan, including remote and mountainous regions. Remote deliveries may take 4–7 working days. Your address will show availability at checkout—if it shows available, we can deliver there. For areas showing as unavailable, contact us at hello@heytats.com or WhatsApp +92-3186056044 and we'll confirm manually.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet (usually within 12 hours), we can cancel it and process a full refund. Once it ships, you'll need to refuse delivery at the door to return it. Contact us immediately at hello@heytats.com or WhatsApp +92-3186056044 if you need to cancel before shipping.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, but only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with your new address. Once it ships, address changes can't be made—you'd need to refuse delivery and place a new order.

Q: What if my delivery address is difficult to find?

The driver will call 30 minutes before arrival. Pick up the call and provide directions or landmarks to help them locate you. For future orders, add clear landmarks in your address field (e.g., "next to the mosque," "behind the shopping center") so drivers can find you easily on the first try.

Q: What happens if my package doesn't arrive?

Contact us within 48 hours of your expected delivery date. We'll track the package with our shipping partner and work to locate it. If it's lost, we'll file a claim and send you a replacement via the fastest available method.
